Terms of Entry 

Hayley Rafton, Happily Ever Arthur, Lovestoned, UNSEEN, and Tiramisu Sydney have teamed up to create one special giveaway, where five lucky couples will win.

We’ll be choosing five lucky winners - where each prize will be awarded to a different winner. 

These are the rules of play.

Eligibility & Entry Requirements 

Definitions 

• Promoter refers to UNSEEN (ABN: 13 889 387 601), the organiser of this giveaway. 

• Entrant refers to any individual who submits an entry in accordance with the below requirements. 

• Participating Vendors/ Providers  refers to all vendors/ providers listed in the official giveaway post shared by the Promoter. 

• Giveaway Post refers to the designated Instagram post published by the Promoter that announces the competition and outlines how to enter. 

• Competition Period refers to the time frame beginning on the date the giveaway is launched and ending on the advertised closing date and time. 

1. Entry Submission 
a. To be eligible, Entrants must comment and tag on the official Giveaway Post published by @unseenonfilm
b. Entrants must tag a minimum of one (1) unique Instagram user in the comments of the Giveaway Post. 
c. Each additional unique tag will constitute one (1) additional entry. Duplicate or repeated tags will not be considered valid additional entries. 
d. Entrants must fill in the giveaway form here to be eligible: unseenonfilm.com/giveaway

2. Follow Requirement 
Entrants must follow the Instagram accounts of all Participating Vendors as listed in the Giveaway Post and must remain following all accounts for the entire duration of the Competition Period. Failure to follow, or unfollowing any required accounts during the Competition Period, may result in the entry being deemed invalid. 

3. Eligibility Period 
All entry actions listed above must be completed prior to the close of the Competition Period. Entries submitted after the specified end date and time will not be accepted. 

4. Verification and Disqualification 
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or breaches these Terms & Conditions. 

Entries will start on Sunday 18th January 2026 at 6pm and close at 6pm on Sunday 25th January 2026.  Any entries made after that time will sadly not be considered. However, we may decide to extend the entry period and, if we do, we’ll announce the new closing time on Instagram before the original closing time. 

Winning the Package 

There will be a total of five lucky winners. We will draw the winners on our Instagram page in the next few days following entries closing. The winners will be based on luck and the winners are final.  

The winners will not win vouchers from all Participating Vendors. Only one voucher is awarded to each five winners. The Participating Vendors will decide which winner will win what prize.

The Prizes have been carefully curated for people genuinely embarking on marriage. The prizes are not to be used for any other purpose, no matter how wild or fun an idea it may be.  

If you are drawn as the winners, and we verify you’ve done all the things above, we reserve the right to ask you for reasonable information to confirm that: 

You have not already engaged us to provide any of the Products for you;  

You are genuinely intending to get married, before the Prizes expire on 31 December 2027 

You will agree to UNSEEN’s and all other Vendors/ Provider’s standard terms and conditions relating to the Products, and you’re happy for UNSEEN to transfer your data provided upon entry to our Vendors/Providers, including your name, mobile number, contact details and address, so they can provide the Product to you. 

If you are unable to confirm the above, or we reasonably suspect you are attempting to hinder this experience for us, you or someone else, we reserve the right to veto your selection as the winner and redraw. We of course won’t do this based on any sort of discrimination, it’s just to make sure our efforts are actually invested in the marriage industry, and we can support and indulge one genuine person through the journey.  

Please note, the giveaway prize cannot be awarded to anyone who has already booked any of the participating vendors or services. While we deeply value our existing clients, the prize is not refundable, and no reimbursement or credit will be provided if a winner has previously engaged any of the vendors. 

Similarly, if the winners choose not to redeem a particular service or product included in the prize, no refund, exchange, or credit will be offered in its place. All services and products are subject to the vendor’s availability, and vendors reserve the right to decline fulfilment if unavailable - in which case, no alternative or compensation will be provided. 

If we do contact you, you must not share this with anyone until we announce the winner on Instagram. 

If you are a winner, you consent to us tagging you in our post announcing the winners on Instagram. 

Please note, to the extent legally allowed, it is a condition of entry that you do not disparage or make false claims about us, any Vendor/Provider, or any Product you receive if you win.

The prizes are redeemable until its expiry on 31 December 2027.

Provider and Product :

Hayley Rafton - A $2000 Voucher to use for Photography packages.

Happily Ever Arthur – A $1500 Voucher to be used towards Celebrant Services OR Event Coordination Services

Lovestoned - A $1500 Voucher to be used on Decor Hire items. This includes all cleaning fees. A refundable $250 bond will be required, and will be returned when items have been returned with no damages.

UNSEEN - 6 Hour Content Creation package valued at $1,990. Includes: 6 hour coverage, 2 x Social Media Reels (1 x 15s, 1 x 30s), All raw unedited iPhone & Handycam footage supplied to couple within 48 hours.

Tiramisu Sydney - 1 x Oval Tiramisu Cake, with 1 gold serving spoon. Serves 25-30 guests. Valued at $230.

The prizes available are offered “as is” and none of the Products can be substituted by you for another Product. We and our Vendors/ Providers won’t provide you something else instead because this is a free prize based on luck (and we’ll assume you agree that’s reasonable). The prize, or any Service/Product, is not transferable to any other person nor redeemable for cash.  

If any additional fees or services are required to fulfil a giveaway prize (ie travel expenses), this will be communicated to you at the time of being notified you are a successful winner.

UNSEEN is not responsible for the Products of any other Vendor/ Provider and likewise no Vendor/ Provider is responsible for the Product of any other Vendor/Provider.
